Consultations for adults and children experiencing any ear, nose, or throat symptoms, including but not exclusive to:
- Hearing loss and deafness: (including single-sided deafness, glue ear, and sudden hearing loss)
- Ear infections: otitis media, otitis externa, and ear discharge)
- Ear conditions: tinnitus, earache, perforated eardrums, cholesteatoma, ear drum retraction
- Balance issues: dizziness, vertigo, Meniere’s disease, BPPV, vestibular neuronitis, labyrinthitis
- Nasal and throat symptoms: recurrent tonsillitis, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnoea in children

Procedures
Outpatient Procedures
A range of minimally invasive procedures during your visit, including:
- Microscopic ear examination and microsuction for impacted wax, debris, or infection
- Intratympanic steroid injections for certain ear conditions
- Flexible and rigid endoscopy to assess the ears, sinonasal cavity, larynx, and pharynx
- Balance tests and treatments including the Dix-Hallpike test and Epley manoeuvre for vertigo
- Nasal cautery to treat nosebleeds
